What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.For assistance, email us at admin@genji.co.in with your order number.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.
