Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (optional): 2–4 business days (extra charges apply)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes. Orders placed via COD will be verified through a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

 

International Shipping

Currently, GenJi ships only within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at garments.shams@gmail.com.

 

Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen courier or weather delays may occur.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. GenJi is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
